We know that life happens, and while we’d love to see you in Bali, here’s everything you need to know about cancellations and payments.

Deposit & Payment Schedule

• A $500 deposit is required to secure your spot. This deposit is non-refundable but may be credited toward a future Bloom retreat.

• The remaining balance can be paid in two or four instalments.

Cancellation Terms

• Before May 30th, 2026: Your $500 deposit is non-refundable but can be credited toward a future Bloom retreat. Any additional payments made will be refunded.

• Between May 30th – July 25th, 2026: The deposit and any payments made up to that point are forfeited. However, at our discretion, part of your payment may be credited toward a future retreat.

• After July 30th, 2026: No refunds or credits will be issued, as all retreat arrangements will be finalised.

Transferring Your Spot

If you can’t make it, you’re welcome to transfer your spot to someone else. Please notify us via email at hello@bloombarre.com.au to arrange the transfer.

Minimum Numbers

This retreat requires a minimum number of participants to go ahead. If for any reason, we do not meet the required numbers, Bloom reserves the right to cancel the retreat and offer a full refund (including your deposit) or credit toward a future retreat.

Itinerary & Instructor Changes

While we’ll do everything we can to stick to the plan, Bloom reserves the right to make changes to the retreat itinerary, inclusions, instructors, or schedule due to weather, illness, or unforeseen circumstances. We promise. We’ll only ever pivot in a way that keeps the experience just as magical.

Medical Disclaimer

You acknowledge that you’re participating in physical activities at your own risk. It’s your responsibility to consult a doctor before the retreat if you have any health concerns. By booking, you waive any liability on Bloom or its facilitators for injuries or illnesses sustained during the retreat.

Behaviour & Community Expectations

This retreat is all about connection, kindness, and shared experience. We reserve the right to remove any participant who behaves in a way that’s disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe without refund. (Never had to do it… but this clause has your back.)

Payment Failures or Late Payments

All payments must be made by the due dates above. Late or failed payments without communication may result in loss of your spot, with no refund. We’ll do our best to follow up first, but life’s easier when we’re all on time.

Travel Insurance

We highly recommend securing comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unexpected changes, including illness, flight disruptions, or personal emergencies.
