Cancellation Policy

We know that life happens, and while we’d love to see you in Bali, here’s everything you need to know about cancellations and payments.

Deposit & Payment Schedule

• A $500 deposit is required to secure your spot. This deposit is non-refundable but may be credited toward a future Bloom retreat if you cancel before May 30th, 2025.

• The remaining balance can be paid in one of two ways:

  • Option 1: Full payment due by July 30th, 2025

  • Option 2: Two instalments – May 30th, 2025, and July 25th, 2025

Cancellation Terms

• Before May 30th, 2025: Your $500 deposit is non-refundable but can be credited toward a future Bloom retreat. Any additional payments made will be refunded.

• Between May 30th – July 25th, 2025: The deposit and any payments made up to that point are forfeited. However, at our discretion, part of your payment may be credited toward a future retreat.

• After July 30th, 2025: No refunds or credits will be issued, as all retreat arrangements will be finalized.

Transferring Your Spot

If you can’t make it, you’re welcome to transfer your spot to someone else. Please notify us via email at hello@bloombarre.com.au to arrange the transfer.

Travel Insurance

We highly recommend securing comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unexpected changes, including illness, flight disruptions, or personal emergencies.
