It’s challenging, energising, and oh so satisfying, with options to scale it up or keep it steady, depending on how spicy you’re feeling and without losing the supportive Bloom touch.

    Reformer Jump is our cardio style Reformer class designed to get your heart rate up without the harsh impact. Using the jumpboard, you’ll move through a mix of jump intervals, core burners, and full body strength work. Think sweaty, energising, and fun all while lying down.
